How it works
Our mission from day one has been to support the creative community and create a welcoming home where everyone feels safe and supported. Our shared rental spaces are an extension of who we already are and what we offer. Located next door to The Studio, these spaces provide a more accessible and attainable way to rent from us. The Studio East has four unique spaces, each of which can be booked individually.
What they are
While each rental space is private, the entirety of The Studio East will be shared with other creatives. The idea is to provide what you need to build your brand, support your business, and facilitate networking and community. Our goal is to ensure you have access to everything you need at an attainable price point, while also encouraging introductions, connections, and growth.

This private, dual use room is style heaven. Looking to shoot beauty content, capture your outfits or shoot your social media content? This room may be the right fit for you! Enter through our closet, beautifully designed to capture product imagery and GRWM content. Just imagine your dream closet connected to a room to shoot outfit photos. As you move into the second space in The Closet, you will find a naturally lit lifestyle room to shoot in. Think of this as a very mini, The Studio Chicago. The style you know and love at a more attainable price point.

With acoustically optimized recording equipment ready to go, all you have to do is plug in and chat. Looking to film an interview or have a video along with your podcast? We have professional mics and permanent lighting ready to be turned on. Just bring a tripod and your camera and you’re ready to shoot. Love the style of this room but don’t have an interview to film? You can also rent as a mini photo studio for all of your content needs!

With the same style you know and love from The Studio Chicago, The mini is your way to shoot at The Studio with a price point that is more attainable. Shooting will be seamless. Please note, The Mini is not conducive to capturing audio for your videos as it is in a shared space. If you are interested in renting the entirety of The Community Studio, please inquire via booking@thestudiochi.com.
